30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to love your GEEEKART purchase. If you're not satisfied, you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
  • Opened chemicals/resins and custom products are non-returnable for safety reasons.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@geekcraftlab.com with your order number.
  2. We'll reply with return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid label.
  3. Ship the item within 7 days of receiving instructions.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos; we'll replace it or refund in full.
